MESSAGE TO GROUPS 6 AND 7
I will be seeing you on Monday 8th June in the morning (as per email). If there is a problem with the timetable proposed or the exam standard - let me know asap.
MESSAGE TO ALL STUDENTS
You can find your final kholle sheet in the "Kholle PCSI/PC" pigeon hole that is located in the teachers' room (opposite the loos...)
There are still three documents in Méthodologie. The first two (11.mp3 and Kholle_CCINP_11_2025_PROPOSED SUMMARY AND COMMENT) provide an example of how to fulfil the "expectations" of the summary and comment. The additional one
You still have those 40 CCINP recordings available to you in Audio with corresponding Scripts in Scripts (PLEASE USE THEM TO PRACTISE AS REGULARLY AS POSSIBLE !!) and in Méthodologie "RECAPITULATIF_EPREUVES_ORALES_ANGLAIS" summarizes the various exams, depending on schools.
Should you need to get in touch, use my email - gvaughan@ac-bordeaux.fr.
FINALLY : I congratulate you all on your results. Although I know some of you may be disappointed, overall you have done yourselves, the prépa (and me!) proud.
If I do not see you again before the next round, here is my contribution for what is coming, through the inspirational words of Edgar Albert Guest (with a slight adjustment for the 21st century):
“When you’re up against a trouble,
Meet it squarely, face to face;
Lift your chin and set your shoulders,
Plant your feet and take a brace.
When it’s vain to try to dodge it,
Do the best that you can do;
You may fail, but you may conquer,
See it through!
Black may be the clouds about you
And your future may seem grim,
But don’t let your nerve desert you;
Keep yourself in fighting trim.
If the worst is bound to happen,
Spite of all that you can do,
Running from it will not save you,
See it through!
Even hope may seem but futile,
When with troubles you’re beset,
But remember you are facing
Just what other (wo)men have met.
You may fail, but fall still fighting;
Don’t give up, whate’er you do;
Eyes front, head high to the finish.
See it through!”Fortune favours the brave. Cheers! Dr. V.
